It is the responsibility of the client to ensure our staff have unhindered access to your residence and access to the water tank.

Insurance
We have comprehensive Full Legal liability insurance up to $20,000,000.

Geographical Boundary
We operate a 20 Kilometre radius from Mangawhai Heads. After that distance, we charge $2.00 / km for travel time.

Payment
Full payment is to be made upon completion of the Tank clean. An invoice will be sent to the client’s email address for immediate payment.
